Transitioning from a full time employee to owning her own businesses, Naz's career has taken her through employment in technology, media and NPO sectors. Equilibrium Business Lab launched in November 2016 and seeks to offer industry the following services: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Many companies confuse Business Development with Sales. We are all about Business Development, not Sales. We assist with partner and business linkages, internal and external relationship management, increasing customer engagement, funding and incentive applications and business advisory services. MARKETING STRATEGIES Whether you want to improve brand loyalty, increase your consumer base or maximise profitability, we can help. We employ a holistic approach and a range of analytical tools to ensure that the marketing strategies we develop meet the desired outcomes for our clients. INNOVATION LAB We focus on innovations that are geared towards social impact, scalable and able to bridge the digital divide in our societies. The aim of the business lab is to accelerate the adoption of these innovations by creating awareness and providing knowledge, expertise, tools, and connections with relevant external stakeholders. CREATIVE MIX We offer both visual and communication design. Working alongside business teams, we develop creative briefs, manage the creative processes, identify distribution channels, facilitate distribution and provide measurable insights.
