Equipment Training Associates

We provide and develop client training programs from new conception or improvement of existing programs. We work to improve individual operator techniques, understanding of production principals, and growth for a successful and productive workforce. We will lead the facilitation or coordination of learning programs and operator skills. We bring an “outside perspective” to open pit mine training policies and procedures and will make suggestive improvements.
