Since 1981 the services and expertise offered by Ross and his team have diversified as both the market and client’s needs change and evolve. Where most builders struggled to find skilled tradesman in the early 90’s, Ross embraced this demand by offering more than one trade to alleviate unwanted pressure from builders and to strengthen the business competitively. Ross now employs over 20 staff at Equipt Concrete Group, servicing multi-million dollar developments.
