Equitin Partners

Equitin was founded in 2016 by three Partners: Erik Hallgren, Maciej Gorski and Piotr Kulikowski as a friendly spin-off from Oresa. We focus on Polish small & medium companies in the business and financial services, education, healthcare and specialized B2C sectors. We typically provide growth financing of between EUR 3 and 6 million and we prefer to take majority stakes or structures where we can build up the majority shareholding in the future. We believe that the success in the growth SMEs market can be achieved only via straight forward relationship between the investor and management and entrepreneurs.
