All financial advisors purchase ownership in the firm and become a Partner. The maximum number of Partners in Equity Associates Inc. is limited to 250. This limit means each partner retains a predictable stake in the enterprise, while ensuring the long-term value of each partner’s equity. Partners receive 100% of all commission earned, and the flat monthly fee won’t increase as business grows. All MFDA and Regulatory fees are charged back at cost. This flat fee model rewards large and established Financial Advisors, creating the foundation for a successful dealership.
