Equity Initiative Ks

Equity Initiative, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides services to young men and young ladies between the ages 11-18 in Wichita, KS. All of our services are centered around life skills, youth development, & our CORE values- with a focus on building the 6 C's of positive youth development: Competence, Confidence, Character, Caring, Connection, and Contribution. Equity Initiative is a community-based and school-based organization. All of our school-based services occur at schools during school hours; all of our community-based services occur after school Monday - Thursday 6:30pm - 9:00pm at our Activity Lounge (1608 E. Waterman St. Wichita, KS 67211) Our partner schools include one Middle school (Stucky Middle School) and one alternative school (McAdams Academy). Equity Initiative's mission is to provide young people in marginalized communities with positive life skills, resources, and guidance in order to ensure the success of future generations.
