Equity Journey Partners works with schools and school communities by: Equity Audits: Conducting comprehensive equity audits to identify the root causes of inequitable student opportunities. Design and Implementation Support: Facilitating the design and implementation of policies, processes, and practices addressing the root causes of inequities in the school community. Capacity Building: Building the capacity of schools and communities to understand, own and resolve issues of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging through training, coaching and change tools. Advocacy Support: Allying with “othered” social identity groups in schools and school communities to advocate for sustainable change. Strategic Equity Planning: Facilitating the development of strategic equity plans that include and respect all voices in the community to ensure culturally proficient and equitable ecosystems.
