Each of our practices run as an independent business alongside each other, however, we work together to create and realise genuine equity value for our partner companies, projects and investors alike. Our investment team has collectively over the past 25 years originated, executed and managed investments in companies, trusts, funds, real estate and commercial aircraft leasing valued in excess of £2.5bn with a current portfolio responsibility for over £1.5bn. Our real estate team has extensive financing, management and development experience, with the single largest real estate asset being valued at circa £500m. We have managed companies as both advisors and private equity partners and have a successful track record of turnarounds of companies, funds and leveraged projects. The establishment of our Asset Management business was a natural progression which drew on the foundations of our private investments and advisory practices and it continues to grow, becoming a successful and focused investment choice to private clients, discretionary managers, family offices and trustees.
