ERA Cole Realty is very proud to have celebrated our 50 year anniversary in April, 2019 and equally as proud to be an ERA franchise for 40 years. We are a family-owned business 1st established in 1969 by Margaret Cole. The business is now run by her daughter, Judith Cole Kolodgie, who has dedicated her life to providing exemplary real estate services; having started in Real Estate in 1975. We have always maintained a family atmosphere and treat all of our customers just like they are members of our family. We are conveniently located at 705 Philadelphia Pike in north Wilmington and have helped of people to successfully navigate selling their home or buying a home, and in many cases help our clients both sell and buy. We purposely have always kept our residential real estate agency on the small size verses our competitors with a manageable number of Real Estate Agents so that specialized attention can be delivered to our clients. We currently assist our clients throughout the State of Delaware with a special emphasis in New Castle County.
