Erato Chatbot Platform

Erato provides language and IT services, specialising in IT solutions for the Croatian language. We have developed a system for the semantic analysis of natural speech text, which enables new generation of customer oriented products and services - chatbots, natural language application control and so on. Erato.hr is our chatbot platform for businesses and individuals to create their own chatbot and try to improve the way they serve their clients. Platform uses our own NLP system named EratoExpert which is natural language understanding system that you can integrate into your mobile and internet applications. Currently, only Croatian language is supported but other languages are coming. Integrating this technology into your applications will enable your application users to use natural language queries to control application or get content by full semantic meaning, not only by searching keywords.
