ERC provides property management services relating to the preservation, maintenance, and upkeep of trust owned properties. We assist Trust Officers and Relationship Managers administer the physical and mechanical aspects of preserving the asset. Banks & Trust companies across the Delaware Valley rely on us to maintain and repair the properties that are a function of their responsibility. We provide annual inspections certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We maintain a network of qualified well vetted contractors that are on-call 24/7/365. ERC prepares an annual operating budget of scheduled repairs and improvements for each property. We’re here to make your job easier. We also provide certified Petition Attachment Reports if and when an invasion of principal is required for major repairs or Real Estate purchases.
