We analyze and design interaction processes from a human-centered and ergonomic perspective and develop the corresponding systems and software solutions. Our core focus is the development of digital business models—particularly web-based portals and digital platforms that achieve high usability and strong user acceptance. As developers, computer scientists, psychologists, and designers, we work according to the user-oriented model “Analysis → Design ↔ Evaluation”, integrating scientific insights from ergonomics, usability, accessibility, human factors, and business modeling. This multidisciplinary approach enables us to create digital solutions that are both technically robust and strategically impactful.
