Formed in 1998, NoCoffee soon built a private client base in the Indian Ocean, Europe, Southern Africa, and the United States. Whilst initially specialising in high-end contemporary-tropical villas, the studio has since extended its sphere of influence through a number of corporate and community initiatives, as well as various architectural languages. The studio’s expertise in the relevant design and materials suitable to the local tropical climate, along with its experience in international trends, has distinguished it within the fast developing Mauritian market. The diverse nature of the studio’s projects and scope of influence is also embodied in its personnel, wherein it currently benefits from the knowledge and experience of 11 different nationalities. Each project is therefore approached from a fresh perspective before going through multiple design stages to achieve the highest international standards of quality, detail and delivery.
