Erie Together

Erie Together is a collaborative movement in the Erie Region, inviting every person, organization, and group to find new ways to work together to reduce poverty and make Erie a community of opportunity where everyone can learn, work, and thrive. Erie Together is not a new agency or new program, rather it's a new approach focused on aligning existing services and programs with community needs and desired outcomes. Erie Together aims to form new collaborative partnerships with all sectors and residents, including low-income families to address poverty at the individual, neighborhood, and community level.
