We believe that apple cider should be made simply and honestly. We're a husband and wife team passionate about apples, cider, our community and our environment. Ernest Cider is made with seven varieties of 100% locally farmed and pressed Ontario apples, lightly back-sweetened with pure local honey and a bit of organic cane sugar. We never add juice from concentrate or dilute it with water. Our cider is fermented slowly in small batches. We're passionate about what we do and we're looking forward to sharing it with you.
