I teach adults how to elicit positive behaviors from children without anger, lectures, warnings or threats. I work within the school setting with parents and school staff to teach real-world skills and procedures that allow adults to be the most calm, assertive and effective educator or parent that they can be. My procedures, skills, and strategies will make any school or home stronger, and they make any educator or parent more calm, more confident and more effective. I have over 15 years of experience working with a diverse array of students on a daily basis, and I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to my work. I specialize in succeeding with troubled and at-risk students. I have strong passion for improving the lives of teachers, parents, caregivers, and the children they serve. My career has been devoted to education and to helping children succeed.
