Escola Sorvete

The world's largest platform for courses and consultations catering specifically to ice cream parlors, with over 4500 formed students. In 2015, Escola Sorvete emerged in São Paulo with the mission of training professionals to consciously undertake and transform the ice cream market in Brazil. Founded by Chef Francisco Sant'Ana, the school set out to create a new model of entrepreneurship, in which artisanal producers could use natural ingredients and differentiate themselves from the pre-made options offered by the industry. The innovative approach of Escola Sorvete allowed artisanal entrepreneurs to gain greater competitiveness in the market, improve the quality of the product delivered to the consumer and increase the profit margin. Since April 2018, the school has its own headquarters, with a complete structure that includes two laboratories and a variety of equipment so that students can learn all the production processes of various types of ice cream, sorbets, glaces, soft, açaí and popsicles. Over the years, Escola Sorvete has trained more than 4500 students, in both online and face-to-face courses. The school's philosophy is based on producing and teaching how to make natural ice cream, without the use of powder or paste, resulting in real ice cream for authentic entrepreneurs. Chef Francisco Sant'Ana's initial vision lives on at the school, which continues to train professionals committed to excellence and sustainability in the ice cream market.
