Esdev Foundation Africa

The ESDEV Foundation Africa is a Pan-African, not for profit, non-governmental organization headquartered in Accra, Ghana,(Rgn. No. CG037950523 LBG), with partners across the globe. We are committed to building the capacity of the critical mass of African youth to reposition the Continent for sustainable growth, through quality education and skills development; innovative and impactful research; and lifelong learning opportunities for Africa’s socio-economic transformation. Specifically, the Foundation exist to- Develop the manpower needs of African youth with 21st Century skills towards employment and wealth creation- Support youth development initiatives of governments, non-governmental organizations, foundations and similar institutions- Promote inter-cultural youth exchanges through education and skills training, volunteerism and peer-learning- Provide advisory services to governments and non-governmental organizations in the area of education and skills training, towards employment- Empower young girls and boys through mentoring and coaching programmes towards sustainable careers- Pursue innovative and impactful research in education, culture, and science related topics relevant to our core mission- Engineer strategic partnerships with governments and multinational organizations, non-governmental organizations, foundations and similar institutions for development, and in the context of the Vision 2063 - ‘The Africa We Want’.
