Eskesen Advisory provides services primarily to- Key players in the refrigerated transportation world - Executives soliciting a fresh perspective on their business model/strategy - In general I offer consultancy on a case-to-case basis. Some examples are: Strategy days/brainstorming with the leadership team: Diligent preparation in engaging with the business responsible followed up by hosting an intense brainstorming session with the entire leadership team. The result and follow-up plan is usually documented and analyzed in the form of a report. Strategy projects: I offer to conduct a strategy project, when a clearly defined project or business objective exists. Upon agreement of the specific assignment and deadline, I engage my knowledge and network in order to deliver the winning formula. All deliverables are clearly defined and timeboxed. Advisory Role: My preferred way of working is to develop a long-term business relationship where the consultancy service is ongoing, allowing for a more fluent scope of service. This kind of consultancy can also be set up as an extension of a strategy project.
