Inauguran en febrero del el único restaurant de postres del mundo, uniendo a esta arriesgada pero meditada idea, la escuela de postres de restaurant. ESPAISUCRE reivindica el postre de restaurant como un elemento con personalidad y códigos propios, donde el resultado, suma de técnica y experiencia, difumina sin estridencias los límites que separan los conceptos de dulce y salado.
