Welcome to Esper Collective, a soft skills + strategy consultancy. Esper Collective offers custom soft skills upskilling programs, workshops, keynote speaking, and select fractional consulting. What are soft skills? Call them soft skills, durable skills, professional skills, work skills, or a combination - whichever your preferred term, they’re increasingly necessary in 2025’s ever-evolving world.
