Empowering individuals using ADD and Parkour with a counselling psychology overview, guiding individuals to improve their mental and physical wellbeing to eventually use the skills and strength they gain to give back to the community. esprit concrete provides courses, private and group classes, performances and live demonstrations. We also provide 1:1 counselling psychology sessions that are informed by CBT and psychodynamic theory primarily, in a multi-theoretical person-centred humanistic way. This is also a provision that is combined with parkour teaching and the movement aspect of parkour serve as behavioural activation/experimentation methods to clients therapy sessions. These are outdoor and indoor sessions combined.
