Essential™ Training and Consulting was founded in the spring of 2004 in Romania, after carefully considering the market needs in the field of training and consultancy. Our purpose is to offer solutions for developing the human capital of our customers. Today, Essential is a traditional training partner for more than 70 national and multinational companies from the West and Center Regions of Romania. So far, more than people have attended Essential™ training courses. Our consultants have successfully implemented leadership and management, personal development and technical programs, have delivered consultancy and coaching sessions for managers and teams and provided culture and climate change and organisational development solutions. We understand that, for having a successful business, it is important to develop a Constructive Culture and Work Climate, as well as excellent professionals that align their vision, working practices and methods in order to reach results.
