Essential Wellness Yoga

The culmination of many journeys and life experiences spanning many decades has led to the creation of Essential Wellness Yoga. From Lyn's time as a student nurse at Westmead Hospital in 1981, to majoring in Health Studies at University when completing her Teaching qualifications from 1982-1985, Lyn has had a lifelong passion for Wellness and Lifestyle. Lyn is definitely no health food or fitness junkie, but rather seeks alternative and holistic approaches to health and wellness that are easily accessible and attainable for everyone. Apart from Lyn's Bachelor of Education, Lyn is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (Level 1 350 HR) with Yoga Australia and 500HR RYT with Yoga Alliance. With certificates in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Trauma Aware, Women's Health, Yoga Therapy, Pre + Postnatal, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Mental Health and Well-being, Myofascial Release, and Aroma Yoga, Lyn has personally experienced the benefits of yoga and meditation for chronic pain and wellbeing and is keen to share this with her students. Lyn is currently completing a 2 year Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy. Lyn also has a passion to share the benefits of yoga for children (3-18 years) and is a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher, which brings her back to her role as a teacher for many years. Lyn's passion for holistic wellness and ongoing learning allows her to combine her love of yoga and aromatherapy. Lyn is has a Master Aromatherapist and Natural Therapist Diploma, specialising in Ayurvedic Health. Lyn is also a Certified Chakra Balancing Practitioner and has certificates in Crystal Healing.
