Our mission statement is to deliver training to a high standard while supporting and empowering each student. From years of teaching experience we have seen that the most effective learning takes place in a relaxed athnosphere in small groups. Essentials offers a fantasstic range of holistic courses. Our VTCT diploma courses start in April and October each year. These are internationally recognised diploma courses which are assessment based making the student work ready rather than exam ready. VTCT courses include massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, sports massage, anatomy & physiology and healthy eating, We are excited to have Rhiannon Harris visit us to offer her wonder clinical aromatherapy courses. For aromatherapists wanting a deeper understanding of this amazing therapy, Rhiannon's courses are a must. We also offer certificate courses where qualified therapists can upskill over a weekend. Certificate courses include Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, 5 Oil Holistic Facial, Deep Tissue Cupping, Preganacy Massage and Fertility Reflexology. Our popular healing courses include Reiki and IET. New to Essentials is our Healing Skills course, a six month course whinch explores our chakras indept and includes exercises, meditations and healing techniques. Our therapists are trained to a very high standard, we can honestly say you won't get a better holistic treatment or facial anywhere else. We offer holistic massage, sports massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, indian head massage, pregnancy massage, pregnancy reflexology, acupuncture, reiki, IET, 5 oil facial, deep tissue cupping and nutritional consulttion. We hold open days twice a year in autumanand spring so please feel free to pop in and meet our therapists and tutors and avail of some great discounts on courses and therapies. We are located on the beautiful Malahide Marina overlooking the sea. We have ample free parking available a real bonus in the busy Malahide village!
