We are committed to helping all underrepresented talent and their allies from entry-level to executives to find great careers. Through Equalithons, company and external talents hack for equality. The results are better engagement, culture impact, sense of belonging, effective D&I training, employer brand positioning, and direct recruitment. Through these hackathons, Essteem supports local or global non-profit partners, by addressing their tech challenges.
