Hi, I’m Kelly Landa, California Legal Document Assistant and your partner in planning for the business of living. After more than 30 years working with clients in California and Nevada as a paralegal in estate planning, probate and trust administration, I created Estate Elements to offer a new and different option for people with estate planning needs. We believe that estate planning should be available to everyone and we work hard to remove the complexities and make it easy to understand. Our ultimate goal is to educate our clients and help them feel assured that their families are taken care of. In the process, we strive to build lifelong relationships in support of their goals. We think that’s a different set of values than traditional estate planning firms offer. And that’s what makes us different. In our initial conversations, we'll talk about what you want to accomplish for the people you care about and we'll make sure we clearly understand your direction and the details of your situation. We'll then work with you on a plan that reflects your wishes and intent. When we agree upon a plan, we will let you know the cost and you can decide to move forward or not.
