Esteban Roa

I am a music therapist, sound meditation practitioner and certified mindfulness instructor with additional training in Reiki and Neurologic Music Therapy. Through my work with non-profits, hospitals, health-tech companies, and my own journey with mental health, I have devoted the last decade to broadening my understanding of how transformative and supportive music, sound, and mindfulness can be. And so I welcome you - every last bit of you! I cannot wait to share all that I have learned!
