Esteem We Inc. About Esteem We Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization founded in 2011 to support youth development, leadership growth, and community capacity across urban and historically under-resourced communities. The organization brings together youth, families, business professionals, and community partners to strengthen pathways to education, workforce readiness, and personal development. Through programs, convenings, and volunteer engagement, Esteem We Inc. focuses on building relationships, expanding access, and supporting environments where young people can thrive. Esteem We Inc. serves as the parent organization for community-based initiatives, including youth leadership experiences and professional engagement efforts designed to bridge the gap between community insight and opportunity. Programs emphasize life skills, exposure to career pathways, mentoring, and community connection, while also providing professionals with meaningful ways to give back.
