Her coaching focuses on helping clients find balance in their lives through mindfulness practices, goal achieving, and defining a sustainable lifestyle through evidence based practices. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Leadership/ Management, a post-graduate certification in Evidence Based Coaching, and is currently pursuing her P.hD. in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University, focusing on Social and Ecological Justice and Evidence Based Coaching for victims of childhood trauma.
