Milos is a pioneering hospitality group founded in 1979 by Chef Costas Spiliadis. It began as a small restaurant in Montreal, Canada, with the mission of elevating the sophistication of Greek cuisine abroad. The menu, always simple and impeccably fresh, drew the attention of the media and food critics from around the world.
