We started our operation in 1993 in Mosonmagyaróvár as a turning and machining factory. At the turn of the millennium, our company opened up to automatization in order to serve the needs of the region’s industry with the production of customized machines. From the simple assembly stations at the beginning, we have now progressed to the implementation of complex production lines that operate fully automatically. Due to our decades of experience in machine production, we can guarantee that we deliver systems that meet our customers’ needs, so they can increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety. Services: Automatization We undertake the design and construction of manual assembly stations, semi-automatic and automatic production lines. Design and implementation are carried out according to the specific needs of our customers, whether they are assembling, inspecting, or packaging equipment for electronics, automotive, or healthcare products. Robotisation Our main profile is the design and construction of production cells and assembly lines based on industrial robots. While the quality and productivity of a traditional semi-automatic workstation can be variable, a robotic production cell can perform the most monotonous production tasks 24 hours a day, guaranteeing constant quality. Let us program and integrate the different robots, and we will design the complete robot support environment. CNC Mechanical cutting With our three- and four-axis CNC machining centers and lathes, we can produce customized and product series. Our Mazak and Haas machining centers allow the machining of steel, aluminum, plastic, or pump products.
