ETCnetwork was founded by Wayne W. Zaepfel as he sensed a need for educational and consultation services to be available to individuals, churches, clergy and organizations, but without the typically high conference or consultation prices. By establishing a network of visionary donors willing to make services available through their generous gifts and a sliding scale fee structure, ETC is able to help newer and/or smaller churches, ministries, organizations, or individuals become healthy and more effective and efficient at accomplishing their missions.
