Competence Framework and Development), funded by the European Commission through EACEÁ (Educational, Audiovisual, Culture, Executive Agency) and coordinated by Elite Training in partnership with 10 institutions from 7 European countries (Germany, UK, Slovenia, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania).
