Our Bespoke Holistic Care is available in all age ranges and all walks of life in the comfort of your home, and if your loved one would like to receive care at home, then Eternity Care may be an option suitable for you. Eternity Care well trained, selected, competent, compassionate cheerful and respectful carers will come to you. We aim to keep the same carers for reliability and continuity of therapeutic care and also minimal disruption to our client's lifestyle and flexibility. Our carers will be solely focused on your needs Our packages include: Companionship care Our companionship service involves helping our client perform their daily activities with a helping hand. Companionship for us means being a friend rather a service, for example, arranging appointments, helping with reading and planning visits and outings. We are committed to ensure the safety of our clients and make sure a consistent schedule/routine is maintained. Multiple visit care Our multiple visiting care offers the support you want, when you need it, so you can continue living from the comfort of your own home. With help from as little as half an hour a week and up to several visits a day, a visiting carer can make all the difference. Live In care Our live-in care services is highly personalised, offering dignified and respectful side-by-side support from highly trained and vetted live-in carers. This maximises a person’s independence, choice and control, and involves working closely with the person and their family (if they have family involved in their life). Convalescent/interim care at home This is our short-term package of in-home support, usually for four to six weeks, that provides the on personal care and support that the person needs within their familiar and comfortable home environment. Bereavement support We have emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual support services provided before and after the death of the patient to assist the family in coping with issues.
