ETHICAL EDIBLES is dedicated to distributing wholesome, sustainable Italian wines from organic grapes, sourced for quality from family-run enterprises preserving traditional forms of agriculture. The estates featured produce unusual crus using autochthonous grapes some of which are barely pulled back from extinction. With 136 hand-picked wines, mostly organic and artisan-made, Ethical Edibles represents the gourmet/connoisseur end of the green market and offers a substantial sample of Italy's rich wine culture. Our wines are produced in limited quantities, often just a couple of thousand bottles per year. We underwrite the unrivalled quality of our products, in the hope of supplying Italian wine lovers with a special experience, the discovery of first-class, unknown estates, and the appreciation of a range of re-discovered historical grape varieties.
