Ethnic Iran

Ethnic-Iran aims at introducing various groups, urban, rural, and nomadic, who live, or have lived on the Iranian Plateau. This introduction is based on written and recorded documents in the following areas: Paleontology, Archaeology, History, Language, Eminent Personalities, Architecture, Clothing, Food, Arts and Handicrafts, Ceremonies, Religions, Rituals, Games and Symbols. The website also includes a gallery of pictures and music from various ethnicities as well as a map of Iranian ethnic groups. All these will be updated as more data is collected. In future the content of the website will also be available in English.
