Ethno Lab

Ethno lab is a qualitative and quantitative research consultancy that specializes in ethnographic research in emerging markets. The word ‘Ethno’ draws on our chosen line of specialty, which is, simply put, the study of people in their own environments. The word ‘Lab’ is derived from the notion that by spending time with consumers in their homes/environments, we turn their personal spaces into our ‘Labs’ – platforms where we fully immerse ourselves and are thereby able to dissect through the unspoken, and unearth quality insights.
