The United States, with its 3,143 counties and county-equivalents, faces a significant challenge in veterinary care due to a projected shortfall of veterinarians by 2030. Particularly, 500 counties across 46 states reported critical shortages in veterinarians specializing in large and agricultural animals in 2022, affecting rural areas most severely. This shortage complicates access to timely veterinary services for the 67% of rural and less urban pet owners, compared to 43% in cities, exacerbating the gap in necessary veterinary care for their animals. Ethology introduces a solution by providing real-time analytics for proactive pet care, addressing the veterinary care gap, especially in rural areas affected by a significant shortfall of veterinarians. Our mission? Empower every pet owner with data-driven insights, especially in underserved regions. Ethology is redefining proactive pet care, ensuring every tail wags with peace of mind.
