EthysIQ is about Profound Respect-based Executive Leadership Coaching in Medicine & Technology. It is inspired by the skin in the game, 20-plus years of work experience in Medicine, Pharma, and HealthTech. By "skin in the game," I mean carrying the direct responsibility for the other people's health, death, or professional lives during all sorts of crises. That's why the EthysIQ programmes delve deep, way below the superficial and vast academic, pseudoscientific, or marketing talks. To alleviate human suffering, including professional suffering, knowledge and words are insufficient. People need precise means of essential action and behavior, and that is what EthysIQ brings forward. EthysIQ Executive Leadership Coaching helps professionals in changing and demanding environments to be better, no matter the level of responsibility. It is not exclusively intended for the high-status and powerful executives. We believe that the middle management, the high performers, and the informal leaders constitute “the backbone enclosing the spinal cord” of any knowledge-based professional system. EthysIQ individual or group coaching and Coaching Education programs are not meant to enrich people's vocabulary with fancy, ambiguous words. They are meant only for a few realistic and essential individualized behavior changes to decrease professional and organizational unnecessary drama. We do not have the ambition to build teams but mastermind groups. Our method is not fighting for arguments to win debates, but integrating fragmented authentic knowledge and individual understanding and experience. Profoundly respectful human conversations aim at some different and meaningful organizational habits to reach a better quality of work-life. This is not a world-changing ambition, nor is it a scalable, profit-driven, automatised communication tool. It is one professional and eventually one group at a time human approach, and will stay like that for the next decade.
