Etive is a privately owned, consulting civil and structural engineering practice, working on projects across the UK. The Directors of the business are focused on delivering a personalised service to Clients. Anyone can design the basic "beams and columns", and that's an important role. But when an engineer can do that whilst thinking more broadly about the development process as a whole, an important role becomes one that can deliver real value to Clients. This is the ethos behind Etive. Our current workload includes a mix of student housing, BTR, mainstream residential, schools, healthcare and commercial property.
