Etnopedia

Etnopedia is a web-based community for bi-lingual Christians to translate people profiles into other languages. Etnopedia also provides a platform to give field or country level researchers the ability to expand their research on unreached peoples. Why people profiles? Because they are simple tools used by the whole church for mobilization, prayer, networking, sending, and gathering research. They are printed in church bulletins, hung on prayer room walls, handed out at missions meetings, used by Bible school students and pasted into PowerPoint presentations. The vision is to see every country translate its people profiles into their local language for their own mobilization and prayer. They can also share their information with other languages. If these things are accomplished to any degree, we should see a dramatic increase in the sending of new missionaries to unreached peoples.
