Eukairos is the independent practice of Gilles Ferrier, a board-level operator working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies in situations where performance, cash, or delivery is at risk. I’m brought in during high-pressure phases to restore control, protect value, and harden the business for the next phase: recovery, scale, or exit.
