The Company aims to build a diversified portfolio comprised of oil and gas assets with proven resources as well as near-term development projects within solar and other renewables markets. Our vision is to establish Euphrates as a material, responsible producer of oil and gas and be recognised as a partner of choice for senior industry players whilst also contributing positively to the production of solar power to diversify energy mix and to help decarbonize local industrial projects. Euphrates Energy seeks to be the counterparty of choice as IOCs and NOCs in the MENA region divest non-core assets as part of their own energy transition strategies. We are targeting producing assets on discovered resources with production and cash flow optimisation opportunities, as well as strategically important midstream projects. Our mission is to deliver significant returns to all stakeholders whilst operating to the highest environmental and safety standards and supporting the socio-economic development of communities in our areas of activity.
