Eurasia Arbitration Journal is designed to encourage interest in all matters relating to international arbitration, with an emphasis on practice related to Eurasia region. In addition to traditional questions of legal interest related to international arbitration, this journal is dedicated to matters of theory and issues arising from the relationship of international arbitration to other disciplines. Eurasia Arbitration Journal will seek to facilitate fruitful discussion and critical input on nascent ideas and projects to the benefit of both authors and readers so to combine academic discussion with professional relevance.
