Eurekagnd has specialized in training and development for corporations and individuals global wide. Since 2006 I have consistently extended services to assist manufacturers, governmental agencies, owners of service sectors, and entrepreneurs to enhance their work performance, leadership, communication, global marketing strategies, changes, and talents. Quite often I also am involved in incidents and unprecedented organizational problems, e.g, conflicts caused by perceptual and cultural differences. For me each project is a unique applied study and I often have to design a model to best fit into the client’s special background and needs. This is how each project is so learning driven, making me enjoy it to a great extent. To locate the most reliable information, I have often applied quantitative and qualitative analyses across data, document, profile, and literature. I take the leading role in planning, designing, analyzing, implementing, evaluating, and improving steps and details; meanwhile, I invite opinions from other professionals. I believe motivation is very critical. Working people can be trained only if they want to. A training/development project is instrumental and useful, but only if trainees can transfer it into fit actions. My role then is to locate mechanisms and motivators to supervise possible actions. A tree will have the best chance to grow strong and tall if its roots are healthy. To develop talents we need to start as early as possible. I have advocated significant influences of parenting, healthy family life, teenage mentoring, beside the working life. I am eager to mentor students in high schools or colleges. I encourage older people and retirees to continually be looking for opportunities to make contributions to communities. It is said in Chinese that, it takes ten years to grow a tree, and it takes one hundred years to grow a person. Eurekagnd and I are committed to serving generations within long life cycle.
