EuroCases is a unique multilingual web-based legal informational service providing access to case law of the leading jurisdictions in Europe related to the application of European Union law. In EuroCases you can find- More than judgments of Member States’ courts based on EU rules - Access to EU legislation and case law of the Court of Justice, interlinked with the referring national cases, updated regularly - Editorial annotation with summaries, keywords and classification headings of most important national cases linked to EU law - Cross-links between documents allowing a quick and easy search by references - User-friendly multilingual interface, available in 5 languages: English, French, German, Italian and Bulgarian - Broad content scope, covering 19 areas of EU law EuroCases was developed and it is being maintained and continuously updated by the leading Bulgarian legal information provider APIS Europe JSC. It builds upon the achievements of the EUCases project (http://eucases.eu/) supported by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme for research and innovation of the European Union.
