Eurocaviar, S.A. is a Spanish company founded in 1983, specialized in the manufacture of high quality caviar substitutes and food spherification. Products such as Shikran Mullet, Shikran Salmon and Sturgeon Pearls, the best equivalent of caviar, among others, make us the leading company in Spain and with a high positioning worldwide. With the passing of the years and permanent research, Eurocaviar specializes in all types of spherifications. Pearls of products as diverse as seaweed with Wakame or Codium spheres (known as barnacle seaweed for its flavor); of balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, and of fruits (citrus, mango and raspberry). We look for the best raw material at its origin, thus creating different products that stand out from the rest for their high quality. The current facilities in Ceutí (Murcia) have an area of m2 and a production capacity of kg/day, all with a maximum level of quality, thanks to the modernization and optimization carried out with the incorporation of the latest machinery, the continuous training of our staff and the rigorous control of the specialized Quality Department, as it is certified annually according to BRC & IFS in the latest standards issued.
