Euronation

EURONATION is a nonprofit organization founded in 2017 in the southeast of Spain. The headquarters are established in Cartagena (Region of Murcia) where its membership base comes from. Our association is composed of young people who are actively interested in youth opportunities development at a local, national and international level; highlighting the values and importance of the European Union in a globalized world. Since our existence we have acquired different experiences and skills in areas such as project management, youth work, personal development, non-formal education, career counseling, entrepreneurship, volunteering or physical activity and sport. Our main objective is to create a friendly environment and optimal conditions for young people development and self-realization. Serve as a development platform for youth ideas (YOUTH-HUB). We try to reach this goal being a platform to foster youth participation in civic society at local, national and European level. To broaden their horizons and help them in their self-development process, giving them the opportunity to participate in transnational mobility projects, and also encourage them to plan and organize such projects by themselves. Among the type activities we develop and promote from our organization: Information campaigns about Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and other EU initiatives; workshops based on non-formal education; counseling to improve the international access of youth; and European framed projects design, coordination and partnership. Additionally, we cooperate closely with other local and regional bodies such as the City Council of Cartagena (for whom we prepare workshops and coordinate Erasmus+ and ESC projects), Espacio Joven Cartagena Eurodesk multiplier point (we are always present in the dissemination activities and campaigns they organise in the city) or Europe Direct Region of Murcia (which addresses seeking for international youth mobility to us).
