EuroSite is one of the most important Experiential Training Centers. It was created from one of the largest training projects ever done in the world, the Saturn Project. This project was a massive change in business culture and involved a thousands of people. After this big project, Hughes Int. try to find the best place to build a new Center for developing this methodology and help company’s for success. After considering sites in different countries, in the end they chose Sitges as the best place. Why, because of the weather, the transportation connections, we have an International Airport 20 minutes away and excellent facilities. EuroSite was built in 1998 and more than people worldwide have been developing competence and using this methodology. Now we have in EuroSite three different business lines: the core business line, that is the High Impact Training, the Events line (companies can hold meetings, conferences, launches, etc) and the incentive line, in which companies can do motivational and cohesion activities like paintball, multi adventure raid, etc. EuroSite now belongs to HighDevelop®, which is a Training and Consulting Company with more than 20 years experience and with a 60 country network. HighDevelop is specialize in training, as well as developing projects. HighDevelop have work with big and little companies.
